I made one for just under $20~!
Sheet = thrift store Or maybe you’re like us; hubby HATES top sheets so I save them for projects!
Iron on patches for a couple of dollars, and a pair of scissors.
Just iron on the patches where you cut the holes for the hooks, or get fancy and buttonhole them on your sewing machine.
Then just place a cheap clear liner on the shower side. (Dollar Tree !!) The possibilities are endless!
